The app is slow and very glitchy. Filling in passenger information takes forever and keeps cancelling. It doesn't let us enter details sometimes and save it. I had to use the website constantly for this instead of the app. Some links regarding travel information do not work either. Overall, quite disappointing for a decent airline with medium to good air service experience.

Prior to downloading the app, I noticed that there were many negative reviews. Still, ever the optimist I downloaded it and could see why many people weren't happy: it was continuously buffering and I wasn't getting anywhere! In the end I gave up and deleted it. Then I downloaded it again. Even though it's a wee bit slow, it's a lot better than my first attempt. Now have access to my booking and the loyalty programme scheme.

The app gets freezed frequently, and lately, i had an issue with Jeddah flight from uae. There was no notification at all during the booking that an influenza vaccine had to be taken, and i lost my flight. Little refund received, and i lost my booking of the hotel in Jeddah!!! No one could help from etihad, and to submit a claim or feedback online is another issue because i filled in all the details and couldn't proceed further...continue button was not active, and i don't know why!
